I hid my chapped lips, The last vestige of winter Save for the wind which blew tear tripping cold. It ruffled the watery murk, blowing it across the vauxhall bridge traffic; Now surreal by osmosis. Later, balm smeared my wine glass. Merlot hid the cracks, And you painted a similar picture; Something cold, and murky … Continue reading Poem: Vauxhall Bridge
I went to Vegas
I went to Vegas Vegas weddings are not what I thought they’d be. The first thing everyone kept asking me when I said I was going to one was, “Is it in one of those chapels?” And, “will there be an Elvis?” And so…I expected to see an Elvis. I didn’t see one, the whole … Continue reading I went to Vegas
Have you ever been in love? – Neil Gaiman

So, my prayer this morning was along the lines of, ‘Please Lord, send your … Continue reading “work at it with all your heart”
Ask a question…
I'm moved that there are some Christian Churches and organisations out there that for them, nothing is too much trouble. All Souls Church proclaims their website to have the bible at its heart; "We believe that a personal relationship with God through Christ is at the heart of who we are and that we are … Continue reading Ask a question…
